The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Risk Management Team and various departments by providing diverse administrative assistance.

Responsibilities include a range of tasks such as reporting, tracking audits, and offering preparation support for board and management committee material, among other essential administrative duties to support the Association. The person selected for this position must be friendly, detail-oriented, pro-active, outgoing, and confident!The starting salary for this position is $40,500, however salary may be commensurate with experience.This position is located at our Central Office location in Jefferson City, Missouri.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Department: Administration Reports To: Executive AssistantSupervises: None Responsibilities/DutiesJob Functions*PercentageJob Functions50%Report GenerationGathers report requirements from requestorDetermines location of data needed, including external data sourcesDesigns reports to best represent the dataProduces reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly basisReviews reports for accuracyDistributes reports to requestor and/or posts on the intranet15%Letter of Credit and CMG Participation CertificatesCreate Letter of Credit's for branches and maintain listAssist with Participation Certificates from Compeer Capital Markets, maintain active list10%Map ProductionProduces logistical maps based on criteria provided by requestorIdentifies location of data to be included in maps and selects the best process to import/compile the dataDistributes maps to requestor and/or posts on the intranet10%Marketing and Member Public Relations SupportMaintains and distributes marketing materialsAssists with PR/ADV bills received and distributes informationAssists with Scholarship info received and distributes informationDistributes Gift cards, requests activation, maintains and balances log10%Fleet ManagementRequests and reviews vehicle bids from Compeer FinancialCoordinates the auction of older vehicles; reviews and approves minimum acceptable bidsDetermines repair needs for central office pool vehicles and approves repairs5%Territorial Concurrence and NotificationsMaintains daily territorial concurrence notification requestsDetermines of all required documentation has been received for territorial concurrencesn/aOther duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
